The product is an  Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58-55LG ( Intel® Core i5-12500H/ 8GB DDR4 Memory/ 512GB NVMe SSD/ 15.6" Full HD 1920 x1080/ NVIDIA® GeForce RTXTM 3050 Ti)  Laptop , purchased for ₱64,599. Unfortunately, the laptop began experiencing serious issues after a few days of usage. The device repeatedly blue screens, then shuts down on its own, and overheats even when performing simple tasks such as browsing the internet or playing non-intensive games for a few hours.
